SOLASPINS EDITORIAL POLICY

The house edge is the product
and here is who to call.

If gambling has stopped being something you choose and started being something you do, the organisations on this page can help today, free, and without involving us. The rest of the page explains the arithmetic that makes their existence necessary. It offers no strategy, no system, and no way to win.

Where to get help
starting today.

Every row was read from that organisation's own website on 23 Aug 2026 and each is linked in full at the foot of this page. Numbers and opening hours change; if one of these is wrong when you read it, the organisation's own site is right and we want to hear about it.

If you are in immediate crisis.

The services above are for gambling harm, not emergencies. If you are thinking about ending your life, contact your local emergency number or a suicide-prevention line in your country first. Gambling debt is survivable and reversible in a way that nothing after it is.

02

The arithmetic
nobody puts in the banner.

Every casino game is built with a negative expected value for the player. That is not a defect, a rigged table or a conspiracy — it is the product. The house edge is what the operator sells, and a game with a neutral edge would be a game nobody could afford to run.

RTP is the same fact from the other side. A slot published at 96% return is published at a 4% edge, and that figure is a long-run average across millions of spins by every player at once. It is not a promise about your session, your hour, or your month, and no number of spins you personally make will pull your own results onto that line.

The consequence follows arithmetically rather than morally. The longer you play, the closer your outcome converges on the edge, and the edge points one way. There is no bet size, no time of day, no stake pattern and no bankroll rule that changes the sign of that number.

03

What crypto changes
and what it does not.

Depositing in Solana removes several of the pauses that a card or bank transfer imposes. There is no banking cut-off, no declined-transaction friction, no statement line an account holder might read the next morning, and settlement can complete in seconds. Every one of those is a feature being sold, and every one of them is also a removed brake.

Self-exclusion is also weaker here than in a licensed domestic market. A national scheme like GAMSTOP covers operators licensed in Great Britain; it does not reach an offshore crypto casino that holds no such licence, so excluding yourself under one does not close the door on the other.

Device-level blocking software is the tool that does travel. It runs on your own phone or computer rather than on the operator's account system, so it does not depend on where the operator is licensed or on whether it honours a scheme it never joined.

What crypto does not change is the arithmetic in the section above. A provably fair game with a verifiable seed is still a negative-expectation game — verification proves the result was not tampered with after the fact, and proves nothing whatever about the edge built into it beforehand.

04

Tools that
actually bite.

Scope descriptions were read from each tool's own site on 23 Aug 2026 and are linked below. What any operator-side tool actually enforces is between you and that operator; we cannot verify it for your account.

Tools that
ToolWhat it reachesWhat it does not reach
GAMSTOPOperators licensed in Great Britain, across all of them at once.Offshore or crypto-only operators that hold no GB licence. Registering does not close those accounts.
Gamban and similar blocking softwareGambling sites and apps on the devices it is installed on, wherever the operator is licensed.A device you have not installed it on. It is only as strong as your least-protected screen.
An operator's own deposit limit or self-exclusionThat one account at that one casino, if the operator honours it.Every other casino. Where a site advertises no verification, there is usually nothing preventing a second account.
Removing the walletThe specific funding route — moving the balance out and the seed phrase off the device you gamble on.Nothing, if a new wallet can be funded in minutes. It buys a delay, and a delay is sometimes exactly what is needed.

Signs worth taking
seriously.

None of these is a diagnosis, and this site is not qualified to give one. They are the patterns the organisations above describe most often, and any one of them is reason enough to use a link on this page.

01The money stopped being discretionaryYou are gambling with funds that were meant for rent, bills, debt repayment or somebody else. Borrowing to gamble, in any form, belongs here too.
02You are chasing lossesDeposits get larger after a losing session rather than smaller, and the aim has shifted from playing to getting back to level.
03You are hiding itConcealing how much, how often, or that you are gambling at all. Concealment usually arrives before the financial damage does, which is what makes it useful to notice.
04You have tried to stop and not managed itA limit you set and then raised, a break you ended early, an account you closed and reopened. Repeated failed attempts are the pattern these services exist for.
05It is costing you things that are not moneySleep, work, study, or the people around you. Financial loss is recoverable; the rest is what the helplines are most concerned with.
Our own conflict of interest, stated plainly.

Solaspins is paid commission when a reader opens a casino account through one of our links, so we make less money the more effective this page is. We would rather publish it accurately and lose the deposit. The affiliate disclosure sets out the full commercial arrangement and what it is not allowed to touch.

06

Questions
worth asking.

How do you recognise a gambling problem and where do you get help?

Chasing losses, betting more than you planned, hiding it, and borrowing to play are the signals worth acting on. Help is free and confidential: the National Problem Gambling Helpline on 1-800-MY-RESET in the United States, GamCare on 0808 8020 133 in the United Kingdom, both available every day.

Does a high RTP make a game safe to play?

No. A 96% RTP is a 4% house edge averaged over millions of spins by all players at once. It says nothing about your session and does not change the direction of the arithmetic over time.

Does provably fair mean I cannot lose unfairly?

It means a result can be checked afterwards against a committed seed, so it was not altered once your bet was placed. The house edge is designed in before any of that and verification does not touch it.

Will GAMSTOP block crypto casinos?

It covers operators licensed in Great Britain. An offshore crypto casino holding no GB licence is outside the scheme, so registering does not close those accounts. Device-level blocking software is the tool that reaches them.

Can I get help without telling anyone I know?

Yes. The helplines above are confidential and several offer anonymous web chat rather than a phone call. Gambling Therapy is aimed specifically at people outside the UK, US and Australia.

Is there a betting strategy that beats the edge?

No, and this site publishes none. Staking systems change the distribution of your outcomes, not their expected value. Anyone selling you the opposite is selling you something.

Research boundary.

This page is built from the sources below and from what the operators themselves publish. It is not a promise of current terms: offers, limits, verification rules and regional availability change without notice, and the operator's live cashier is the only current authority on all four. Where we could not read a primary source, the page says so rather than filling the gap.
